Con un fatturato di quasi 5 miliardi di dollari, circa 32.000 dipendenti in tutto il mondo e oltre 350 sedi in 30 paesi, Brand \u00e8 un fornitore leader a livello globale di servizi specifici ai mercati industriale, commerciale e infrastrutturale. L\u2019azienda combinata dispone della presenza globale, dell\u2019offerta di servizi onnicomprensivi e dei rigorosi processi operativi necessari a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti in termini di manutenzione, risanamento e ristrutturazione delle strutture, come anche i nuovi progetti di costruzione, gli aggiornamenti guidati dal capitale e i piani di espansione.<br \/>\nIl primo nome di lancio sul mercato negli Stati Uniti sar\u00e0 <strong>BrandSafway<\/strong>, accompagnato dagli altri marchi aziendali ormai stabiliti e ben noti. In Canada, i primi nomi di lancio sul mercato saranno <strong>AlumaSafway, BrandSafway<\/strong> e <strong>Dalco<\/strong>. Nei mercati internazionali, i nomi dei marchi esistenti, tra cui <strong>Aluma Systems, Brand Energy &#038; Infrastructure Services, H\u00fcnnebeck<\/strong> e <strong>SGB<\/strong>, rimarranno invariati. Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC, la quale ha acquisito Safway nel 2009, ha rinunciato al suo investimento. Le condizioni della transazione non sono state rese note.<br \/>\nIl partner operativo di CD&#038;R John Krenicki, direttore capo di BEIS dal 2013, ha assunto il ruolo di presidente di Brand. Paul Wood, ex presidente e CEO di BEIS, \u00e8 diventato presidente emerito e svolge la funzione di consulente senior per l\u2019azienda combinata.<br \/>\nGoldman Sachs &#038; Co. era il primo consulente finanziario di BEIS e si occupava di finanziamenti. BEIS riceveva servizi di finanziamento e consulenza finanziaria anche da Barclays Capital Inc., ING Financial Markets LLC e Peter J. Solomon Company, LLC, una societ\u00e0 affiliata di Natixis. Debevoise &#038; Plimpton LLP svolgeva la funzione di consulente legale per BEIS.
